Abstract: Self-reported data on alcohol use were collected from a sample of males and females aged between 16 and 24 and replicated that of Crundall and Weir (1994 ). The sample was recruited using a broad-based street intercept methodology in four main urban centres of the Northern Territory. The data were obtained by standard questionnaires .
