|Abstract:||This resource is a double sided, A4 size sheet targeted at Indigenous people. It is a user friendly resource that can be used by health professional to assist when counseling on diet and exercise. One side includes a list of nutrition tips and ideas on healthy eating using foods that are easily obtainable on communities. The other side encourages increased physical activity by giving ideas on ways to incorporate physical activity into everyday lifestyle. This resource is in colour and contains many pictures and language is kept simple.|
