You can improve the discovery of your catalogue by registering a sitemap with
Google (and other search providers).
To register your sitemap with google you need to:
a) Generate your sitemap
Log into your Koha staff client
In the address bar, change the link to
http://<>/gengooglesitemap.php - eg
This will create your site map and provide you with a link for the site map
which you will use to register in Google
b) Register the site in Google
You need to prove that you are the website owner. To do this you
need first to create a webmaster account and register the website.
Start with https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?continue=/addurl
Once you have created your webmaster account you will need to email
file which needs to be included on your OPAC to prove that you own the site.
c) Register this sitemap in Google
Select your site on your Google Search Console home page.
Click AADD/TEST SITEMAP.
